Users provide identifying information to access Robin and are responsible for securing login credentials. Unauthorised account sharing is prohibited, and Tourism Tribe reserves suspension or termination rights for violations.
Robin is an AI-powered content generation tool for tourism and hospitality businesses.
Tourism Tribe Pty Ltd owns all platform content and materials. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer services without written permission.
Pricing is displayed at purchase points in Australian Dollars. Payments are processed via Stripe. Refund requests are evaluated individually.
Our Privacy Policy governs personal information handling practices.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Liability is limited to amounts paid within 12 months or $100 AUD, whichever is greater, excluding obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Prohibited activities include unlawful use, unauthorised access attempts, automated access, defamatory submissions, and service interference.
Tourism Tribe may suspend accounts for violations. Termination ends all granted licences.
Updates are posted with revised dates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Queensland law governs these terms, with exclusive jurisdiction in Queensland courts.
